By accessing or using Prism Options Lab's website, Discord community, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

Access to our educational Discord community requires a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and are subject to change.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for cancelled subscriptions.

4.5 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital educational content with immediate access, we do not offer refunds except as required by law or at our sole discretion. By subscribing, you acknowledge this policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials or Discord access with others
• Resell, redistribute, or reproduce our educational content
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other community members
• Post spam, advertisements, or off-topic content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Use our content to provide competing services

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, analysis, charts, and educational materials, is owned by Prism Options Lab and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal educational purposes only. This license terminates when your subscription ends.

7. Community Guidelines

Our Discord community is a learning environment. We expect all members to:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy
• Stay on topic and contribute constructively
• Ask questions in the appropriate channels
• Respect moderators and their decisions
• Not share personal trading positions unless in designated channels
• Not give personalized trading advice to other members
• Not promote other services or solicit members

Violation of community guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community without refund.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism Options Lab and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses or investment damages
• Lost profits or opportunity costs

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the three months preceding the claim.

8.3 Indemnification

9. Termination

Upon termination, your license to access our content immediately ceases. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
